Guard the Gates of Your Heart

As we go through life, we will hear and see many things.  Many of those things we have control over based on where we decide to go, who we decide to be around, what we decide to watch or listen to.  Are we taking the time to guard what comes in?  Are we making sure our heart is not defiled?  In this message from Mark 7:14-16, that is what Pastor Reyes reminds us to be most careful of, what we allow to come in, so that it does not come out again and defile us!
