In Isaiah 7:1-14, we see the king of Judah rejecting God, not bowing the knee, turning to their own ways. Yet even so, God gave Ahaz the promise of the Savior as a sign to him and all the world. We who believe are established by faith, faith in our Savior, faith in our God, faith in our Creator. Let our lives therefore be established in the direction of God so that He is leading us and blessing us. Listen as Stephen Jenney challenges us in this area of needing to depend upon God and be established by faith, pleasing God by faith.
